Questions people ask
Do you charge a call-out fee?
It depends on the job and where you are. We tell you up front on the phone, before anyone drives out, so there are no surprises.
Can you issue a Certificate of Compliance?
Yes. We inspect the installation, quote on anything that does not meet SANS 10142, and issue the COC once it complies.
How quickly can you get to me?
For emergencies we come out as soon as we can, often the same day. Other work is usually booked within a few days.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Gauteng and the East Rand, and we travel for bigger jobs. Send a WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight if we can get to you.
